If something went wrong due to our fault, we will certainly solve it for you! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product.
Keep the original packaging.
This packaging is designed to minimize damage during shipment.
If the product is not returned in its original condition without original packaging, you are responsible for any damage incurred during return.
Do you indicate that you have not received your order, but has your order been delivered to the correct address and has it been signed for receipt? Then Linescapes cannot be held responsible for this.
Unfortunately, the shipping costs for returning are not reimbursed.
Deviations from photo
Because we work with natural products, the product you receive may differ slightly from the photo in color, markings of the wood, etc.
Unfortunately we cannot send specific colors or markings.
Terms of Refund
If it turns out that we have done something wrong, we will compensate you for that. Please note that if there are clear signs of use or damage, Linescapes may charge a discount on the refund amount upon return.
Linescapes cannot be held liable for any damage suffered during the use of the product. We can also not be held liable for the correct hanging of the product. There are many different factors that take into account when hanging, such as how clean the wall is, strength of the wall, temperature, humidity, etc.
Of course we do our best to supply high-quality fasteners. We don't skimp on this.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage to the wall. So first carefully test a corner somewhere where you can see whether the attachment works well with the wall.
