After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation. You will receive this by email. Usually your order will be shipped to you within a few days. But because most orders have to be made especially for you, it can sometimes take a little longer.

How long does it take before I receive my order?
After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation.
We will immediately get to work for you. Because we have so many different unique products, we may sometimes have to make it for you. This is of course the case if you order your own design.
After we post your order, you will receive another message from us.

In principle, the delivery should always be within a week, but on average it is often shorter and it takes somewhere between 2/4 days before you have your order at home. Sometimes it can also be a bit busier at the post, unfortunately we have no influence on that.
What we promise is that we will do our best for you to be as fast as we can!

How do I return something?
We do our best to make a beautiful and high-quality product that we are proud of and that makes you happy. It can always happen that you are not satisfied and want to return something. This is allowed within 14 days from the moment you receive it. Check our return policy.

Keep the original packaging!
This packaging is designed to minimize damage during shipment.

First send us a message via the contact page that you want to return something. We will then let you know by e-mail how to send it to us.

Can I get my money back?
We do our best to make a beautiful and high-quality product that we are proud of and that makes you happy. It can always happen that you are not satisfied and want to return something. In that case, we will also refund you the money for the product you have purchased. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse the shipping costs for returning.
